I graduated as a Diplom-Designer (FH) in Wiesbaden in 2003 and have been in the creative business ever since. With a focus on digital media, I worked in various agencies. At Scholz & Volkmer, where I worked the longest, I was able to develop from junior to senior art director and turned down an offer to become a creative director. Out of personal interest, I further developed my skills in motion design in the first few years, enabling me to create prototypes and animation pieces for the agency and hold internal training courses.

After taking over the design team management at the newly founded Berlin location, I became a father for the first time in 2011. I left this job at my own request when my second child was born in 2016 and started working freelance. During this time, I built up a customer base, some of whom I still collaborate with today. After about two years of self-employment, I founded a brand design studio with a colleague, A New Day Studio. Here, I took on creative direction, employee management, company organization, and further developed my skills in development.

In 2024, I decided to work as a freelance brand consultant and creative director.
